Borrowed from Russian нагорно-караба́хский (nagorno-karabáxskij) (without the adjectival ending), the relational adjective of Russian Наго́рный Караба́х (Nagórnyj Karabáx), as in Russian Наго́рно-Караба́хская автоно́мная о́бласть (Nagórno-Karabáxskaja avtonómnaja óblastʹ, Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Oblast).
